MARKA mask The Marka people, living north of the Bambara, live along the Niger River. They live from agriculture and fishing. Their masks are original, thin and elongated, covered with brass plates that give them all their power. These masks are linked to the agrarian and fishing rites. Hence the remains of blue color, symbol of water, kingdom of the spirits. Very beautiful plastic quality and antiquity.
