The work is in good condition. The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in good condition. The canvas is slightly slack. There are a few light abrasions in places to the canvas, inherent to the artist's working method and chosen materials. There is light surface dust. When examined under Ultraviolet light there appears to be no indication of inpainting.. The work is framed in a black, wooden float frame measuring 56 1/2 x 40 3/4 in. (143.5 x 103.5 cm).
