Mercedes-Benz 560SE from 1988 in very good condition. Used for the first time in Germany in October 1988, imported by Mecha (Official M-B service) in 1990, the only owner in Madrid. Complete service history at official service and by specialists. There were just approximately 1,100 units manufactured of the 560 SE version, with short wheelbase, without ECE/RUF catalyst, ‘full power’ with 300 horsepower and with conventional front suspension (non-hydraulic system) . With original sales invoice, copy of the old documents, handbooks, original sealed service book, toolkit, jack. . . Options: 172 Metallic anthracite grey. 261A Grey leather291 Airbag for passenger300 Box for objects in the front tray471 Mechanical differential lock581 Automatic climate control682 Fire extinguisher872 Electric heating in rear seats873 Electric heating in front seats. The car history is curious: the owner had a Mercedes-Benz 500SE w126 in the early 80s and one day he ran over a deer, so he soon ordered a W126 with double airbag. Mr. Mecha, official Mercedes-Benz service in northern Madrid, found this really rare 560SE unit from a manager in German trade fair, and he imported it for his client, who handed it his old 500SE as part of the payment plus two checks that amounted six million pesetas. Although the car had been registered in German from 1988 to 1990, we do not have a copy of the original German documents. The owner stopped driving some time ago (he is 90 years old) and he gave the car to his son, who also collects classic Mercedes-Benz cars and is a friend of mine. This unit has been always very well maintained, sparing no expenses. The car has its original sealed service book from the official service up to 200,000 km, and afterwards, many maintenance invoice from specialists. The car has a valid vehicle inspection (Spanish ITV) passed in April 2019. Already paid road taxes, original data sheet and registration document. The car is in very good running order. Apparently everything works properly, the engine starts at first attempt, the oil pressure is good and the temperature remains constant. The gearbox has been recently rebuilt and works fine. Brakes and suspensions OK, climate control OK, the air conditioning is ice cold, sliding sunroof and 4 power windows OK, Becker Mexico radio and power antenna OK, central locking OK, tempomat OK, power steering OK, lights OK, heated power seats OK. The car has not suffered any structural damage. There is no kind of rust. Some parts of the bodywork have been repainted. The paintwork looks good. The car is in Madrid, Spain. Offers do not include transport or export, unless otherwise indicated.
