Metz & Co - Dining table, wenge desk

Mid century modern Dutch vintage dining room table, executed in a great wenge wood. 1960s/1970s table for the living room or kitchen, was sold by Metz&Co (Amsterdam) . Designer unknown, yet considering the inventive construction, the shape, the material and the details, it is definitely from a designer label. The table can seat 4 people (plus a kids 'trip trap' chair - or such - at the ends) . The design has a great 'x-wing' legged frame and the black metal center part (that holds the legs in place) is an inventive solution for this construction. The table is sturdy and does NOT wobble at all! The item is in very good vintage condition. The wenge has a great grain. Size: W 160 x D 80 x H 72 cm Condition: very good
