Group of (2) Middle Eastern Yataghan swords, to include: bone handled with inset stones, blade with bronze decoration and inset stones and coral, incise writing and star, (loss of stones, crack to handle); and carved wood handled sword with brass decorative mount, loss of inset to handle. Both show wear from use and age. Wood handled sword 28''l overall. Provenance: Estate of William Kranker, collector and dealer, Greenport, NY.
