A small masterpiece made by a silversmith of Arezzo (Tuscany) in sterling silver, reproducing the famous English galleon Golden Hind, best known for being the ship used by Sir Francis Drake to complete the circumnavigation of the planet between 1577 and 1580. The sailing ship with unfolded sails rests on a base in painted wood. Silver net weight (ship and brackets) : 230 grams. In fair overall condition. The body is rich in amazing details.
