The precious 1: 8 scale model reproduces the legendary Ferrari Arno XI, the one-of-a-kind motorboat with Ferrari engine designed in the early 1950s by Achille Castoldi together with the pilots Alberto Ascari and Luigi Villoresi.
The Arno XI motorboat expressed its Ferrari DNA in the unmistakable red that colored it, but above all in the 600 horsepower V12 engine that made it fly over the water, up to the record speed of 241. 708 km/h, reached in 1953 on the lake. Iseo, setting a record that has never been broken since then in the 800 kg category.
Extremely elegant with its solid wood frame, covered in mahogany, the Timossi-Ferrari is perfectly reproduced down to the smallest detail in this model entirely handmade in Italy.
The model is presented on a sumptuous steel and wood base with a Limited Edition plate and is housed in a methacrylate case. A valuable collector's item for Ferrari history buffs.
