Condition Report: Work has been examined out of frame. Sheet is attached to backing with two pieces of hinging tape attached a top. Work does not appear to have been laid down previously. Matt board appears to be archival. Each corner with creasing, specifically left top and bottom. Scattered flattened creases to matrix, most notable: top left above object, top right corner above object, and bottom right extending 0.25" into object. None overtly visible to naked eye, just upon close out of frame inspection.
