This first volume comprises the whole of the account of Mungo Parks first journey to Africa in search of the mouth of the Niger River, 1795-97; the second volume, not present here, contained the account of his second voyage, of 1805, on which he was killed, compiled from various sources, along an account of Park's life.
Condition Report: Binding worn, front cover detached; some foxing within; internally very good.
