Exclusive work by artist Namisen in collaboration with Aiiroh. Original piece, numbered and signed in stencil by the artist. Excellent investment! Directly acquired from the artists. Technique used: Ballpoint pen and acrylic on Fine Art 300g/m² paper. The artist: Namisen (波線) is a young artist from the new Japanese modern art scene. Originally from the suburbs of Osaka, she is master Shihan (師範) , the highest rank in the Japanese calligraphic art, Shodou (書道) After a stint at the School of Fine Arts in Nagoya, and influenced by the work of Ernst Kolb, she refined a unique and characteristic style thanks to which she represents these subjects by fine and multiple lines, until in obtain disconcerting light and shadow portraits. Her favorite subjects are characters from anime, manga and films from her childhood, as well as American icons. She was discovered by the Mind The Gap label, in Tokyo in 2019, with whom she has worked exclusively since 2022. She notably collaborated with the famous Swiss watchmaker Corum, on the Bubble x Aiiroh collection. Delivery: IMPORTANT: NEVER accept a damaged package without having opened it and examined the work. If the work is damaged, you must refuse the delivery and indicate the reason for the refusal, on the delivery note (be sure to indicate what the problems are such as "broken, damaged, bent". . .) . If only the packaging is damaged, please place a reserve. If you accept the package without verifying your acquisition upon delivery, we will no longer be able to claim compensation or replacement. Opening: IMPORTANT, when opening your package, please do not try to unroll in reverse, let the paper lie flat for 48 hours before putting it in a frame. Your work has been photographed when it was packed in the tube. We make sure there is no damage to the paper before it leaves the studio. It is your responsibility to open and handle with great care. Delays and postponement: Delivery can take up to two weeks, if you plan to be away, please send us a message asking to reschedule your shipment in advance. Combined shipments: We do not offer the combined shipment service, because the works are individually wrapped and picked up by our carrier before the start of the sale, in order to allow them to be shipped to collectors within the timeframe provided by Catawiki. Information on delivery costs: Delivery costs include quality packaging carried out by a specialized company, door-to-door insurance, and shipping costs for the work. In addition and in order to facilitate your acquisition, all the works are sent by the artists to the Label Mind The Gap in France, which validates them for certification. The certificate of authenticity is delivered with the work.
