. It is showing a few regmaglyptes (with finger prints shapes) which are characteristic of meteorites, as well as the fusion lines.
. This chondrite shows a very fresh fusion crust so characteristic for meteorites.
. The chondrites are a type of meteorite (stony) made up of Chondrules (small spheres of silicates) and grains of iron/nickel.
. Through polishing this type of meteorite, you can observe the small spheres (the chondrules) stuck one to another.
. By observing this structure people became to know the basic formation of asteroids and planets.
