Signed and inscribed on the half-title page in fountain pen, "Greetings to my old friend and M.H.S. classmate Phil Severin, cordially, Norman Rockwell," who adds a sketch of a child in a ghost costume and signs on behalf of his son and ghostwriter, Tom Rockwell. Autographic condition: fine, with a couple of small stains to the signed page. Book condition: VG-/None, with edgewear, a cocked spine, and minor staining to textblock.
