Nice extreme details of streets, residences, and places found in Oakland's Allendale District. Most of the block and tract numbers with printed names; plus added names in pencil (some crossing out and replacing the printed names).
Condition Report: Moderate wear, rubbing to spine, corners, and edges, some fraying to cloth. pages toned; about very good.
