Veksler.Since 1957 - a participant in republican, all-Union and foreign art exhibitions.Filatov K.V. - Member of the Union of Artists of the Ukrainian SSR since 1960.He worked in the field of easel painting. The author of numerous genre paintings, landscapes, portraits and still lifes.For many years he taught at the studio of military artists to them. M. B. Grekova.From 1970 to 1974 he was a teacher at the Odessa Art College.In 1972 he became the Laureate of the State Prize of the Ukrainian SSR named after T. Shevchenko for the paintings “Red Square” and “V. I. Lenin. "In 1974 he was awarded the title "Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR".The works of K.V. Filatov is represented in museum and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
