PAIR 19TH C LOUIS XVI BRONZE PUTTI CANDELABRA

French, late 19th century. Pair of gilt bronze three-light candelabra in the Louis XVI taste, modeled as male and female putti holding aloft grape vine patterned arms with sconces, on green circular marble base, apparently unmarked.

Provenance: The Collection of Diana McCluskey, Tampa, FL; acquired from Fontaine's Auction Gallery, September 25, 2022, Lot 613.

Approximate dimensions: h. 15.25", w. 9.5", d. 10.25".
Condition: Nozzles are lacking, some loss of gilding, one arm cracked and bent, some chips to marble.
