After Claude Michel Clodion (French, 1738-1814). Pair of Bacchanalian gilt bronze ewers with gray marble bases, having putti drinking wine, bas-relief decorated panels, and grape vine motif, apparently unmarked.

Approximate dimensions: h. 24", w. 10.5", d. 6.5".
Condition: One with a loose cherub, several small gouges to foot, pleasing oxidation, exposed screws, and no apparent chips to marble.
