Comprising two finely carved figures depicting an emperor and empress or high-ranking court officials wearing highly embroidered dragon robes with finely carved hair and head pieces as well as other attributes such as a sword and scepter. Underside of each with Archaic style signature. Height 10.25 inches (267 cm) excluding wooden base. Underside of one base inscribed "Chinatown San Francisco Xmas 1966".
