French, late 19th to early 20th century. Pair of gilt bronze two-light candelabra in the Louis XVI taste, modeled as male and female putti, each holding aloft curving branches with sconces, on grey marble bases with downswept feet, apparently unmarked.

Provenance: The Collection of Diana McCluskey, Tampa, FL; acquired from Louvre Antique Auctions, Los Angeles, CA, June 18, 2015, Lot 355.

Approximate dimensions: h. 11.5", w. 9", d. 3.25".
Condition: Two drip pans lacking, figures are loose, several missing bronze elements to bases, some loss of gilding, chips to marble.
