A PAIR OF SOUTH ITALIAN ROSEWOOD AND FRUITWOOD CONSOLE TABLES WITH PIETRE DURE TOPS CIRCA 1830, PROBABLY NAPLES

the table tops with breccia di Seravezza, giallo antico, rosso antico, verde antico, breccia di settebasi, on a lion-supports raised on a platform with inlays
92cm. high, 135cm. wide, 57cm. deep; 3ft.¼in., 4ft. 5⅛in., 1ft. 10½in.

Condition Report:
These tables are in overall good conserved condition. There are repairs to the top moulding of the base with small sections replaced. Small repairs to veneers. Generally with old marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Evidence of an old woodworm activity which no longer appears to be active - some woodworm holes have been filled. Structurally sound. The tops with old marks and scratches and minor chips to edges, as usual.
Ready to be placed.
