The extreme level of difficulty faced in acquiring one of these pieces cannot be overstated as this is presently one of only a scant few pieces graded by PMG for the catalog number, with the others all in private hands. Legazpi seen at center of the note with an obligation of 500 to his left, and the blue seal to the right. Harrison-Fitzsimmons signatures found in the signature panels. This piece is one of the rarest pieces in the catalog for Philippines. PMG mentions merely ink and minor rust in the comments section.
