Pair of Benjamin Franklin Die Castings Bookends 1922
TITLED "BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PRINTER", this pair of bookends were made by Barnhart Brothers and Spindler. Inside of the casting states "Superior Copper Mixed". BARNHART BROS AND SPINDLERÂ company were located in Chicago and went out of business in 1933. Each piece also has the "J.G. EWELL" signature etched on the back. In very good used condition considering how old these pieces are. Some scuff markings (see detail images). Felt is underneath for protection against surfaces. Each piece measures 3 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 5". Â
