Condition Report:
Overall the condition of the busts is very good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. The busts are composed in sections. Natural veining to the marbles. Some inclusions to the female torso and particular stable open veins to her face. Also stable open veins to the man’s face. Some wear to the black marble particularly around the necks. There are separately carved sections and inserts to both torsi (the man’s shoulders are separately cared to the back). The ears are pierced.
