Condition Report:
In good condition, the mounting with scratching, abrasions and some areas of discoloration to the reverse, commensurate with wear. Stamped PLAT, the clips stamped 18 for 18 karat (white) gold. The pendant loop on one of the earclips is slightly stretched out so the surmount is not very secure, and would benefit from the attention of a jeweler. Diamond weight stated in catalogue description approximated using measurements. Diamonds are approximately H-I color, VS-SI clarity. Button-shaped pearls: one is silvery-white with soft rose and green overtones, excellent luster, minute blemishing; the other is black with soft rose and green overtones, excellent luster, minor blemishing, including one pit to the bottom front of the pearl. Drop-shaped pearls: one is silvery-white with moderate rose and green overtones, excellent luster, moderate blemishing including some pitting and ringing; the other is black with moderate rose and green overtones, excellent luster, minute blemishing. Please note that one diamond has become loose in one of the pendant-drops and will be replaced for the purchaser by Sotheby's.
