Pair of Silver-Topped Gold, Diamond and Natural Pearl Earrings and Pendant-Brooch

The earrings suspending two drop-shaped natural pearls measuring approximately 11.2 x 10.3 mm and 10.9 x 10.2 mm, capped and accented by old mine and rose-cut diamonds; the brooch of stylized open-work design, the top centering a semi-baroque button-shaped natural pearl measuring approximately 9.2 mm, accented by old mine, old European and rose-cut diamonds, suspending a semi-baroque drop-shaped natural pearl measuring approximately 9.4 x 8.7 mm; pendant bail detachable; circa 1890, the earrings with later additions.

Condition Report:
In good condition, especially given the age of the pieces, the mountings with evidence of wear including scratches and scuffs, and oxidation and discoloration commensurate with age. The natural pearls, ranging from light gray to medium gray body color, with soft to moderate green and aubergine overtones, with moderate blemishing including uneven skins, the drop in the brooch with moderately peeling skins and a drill hole to the reverse, not noticeable when worn. The diamonds in the brooch estimated to weigh a total of approximately 3.60 carats, and the diamonds in the earrings estimated to weigh a total of approximately 0.65 carat, are approximately J-M color, predominantly SI clarity. Earring length approximately 1¼ inches, excluding ear wire. Brooch dimensions approximately 1¾ x 1¾ inches, excluding bail. Accompanied by two GIA reports: No. 2201694173 dated November 5, 2019 stating that the pearls are natural, saltwater. No. 2205693848 dated November 4, 2019 stating that the pearls are natural, saltwater.
