Pair of natural pearl, conch pearl and diamond earrings, early 20th century
Each designed as a line of graduated circular-cut and cushion-shaped diamonds, culminating in a natural pearl or conch pearl drop, measuring approximately 11.3 x 8.5 x 8.4mm and 11.8 x 8.8 x 7.6mm respectively, hook fittings.
Accompanied by a gemmological report.
Condition Report:
Accompanied by GCS report no. 81315-84, dated 13th July 2021, stating that the pearls are both natural, saltwater.
Unsigned. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.20-1.80 carats. Conch pearl with some white patches on base and near drill hole. Natural pearl drop shaped, medium lustre, green and rose overtones, a few light scuffs but nacre generally in very good condition. Length approximately 48mm, gross weight approximately 6.2 grams. Overall condition good. Case stamped Garrard.
