Condition Report:
Good overall condition consistent with age and use. These rare andirons present with a beautiful subtle gilded patina, when seen in person. There are oxidation marks and rust on the steel part inherent to the aging process of the material. Some scattered losses of patina, minor oxidation marks and tiny verdigris stains on the stars.
