In The Late 1940S, The Parker Fountain Pen Company Decided To Try To Expand And Develop A New Type Of Subminiature Camera. It Was Released In 1949 Under The Name Parker Stellar, And Was A Masterpiece Of Design And Function. Unfortunately, Only About 100 Examples Were Made Before The Project Was Cancelled For Financial Reasons. The Parker Stellar Is A Very Compact Camera For Eight 13X16Mm Images On A 147Mm Strip Of Unperforated 16Mm Film, It Is Equipped With 4.5/37Mm Lens In A Rotary Shutter With Three Aperture Settings. The Offered Example Is In Beautiful Condition, The Film Cartridge Is Not Included. It Is One Of The Rarest Subminiature Cameras Existing.
