Patek Philippe art deco 18K yellow gold open face gentleman's dress pocket watch, circa 1929, comes in original signed 'Patek, Philippe & Co. Switzerland' case and has Swiss hallmarks. This watch has an 18 jewel manual wind movement and original silvered metal dial with applied gold Arabic numerals, signed 'Patek, Philippe & CIE Geneva Switzerland'. The case is engraved with the initials of the original owner. The watch is running, measures 44mm and weighs 52 grams. Please see all photos.
