A very well preserved model of Patek Philippe, with an up and down indicator. The signature PAT. Jan 13.18.91 refers to the patent of the bridge design of the Adrian Philippe pocket watch calibre used. Many of these movements were used in the so-called Gondolo pocket watches of the Brazilian importer of the same name, as well as for observation watches.
