This super limited edition (numbering 2,983) is the result of 85% of the year 2014, with the remaining 15% made up of reserve wines. About 30% of the ageing process on its lees takes place in barrels and in foudres, while the dosage is 2.5g/l – making it an extra brut. Probably the last few cases of the PM.01 left in the UK
