† Peter Green: A Selection of Sketchbooks Containing Original Artwork By Peter Green, 2010s, - comprising thirteen sketchbooks, mostly spiral-bound, only two of which are dated, '2013' and '2018', each sketchbook with approximately 20-50 pages, one black spiral bound notebook with black pages, signed on a single-page in gold pen by Peter Green which reads, 'Greenie 1985', another book has a single-page stamped with a personalised stamper which reads 'Peter' in red ink, both signature and stamp are on single side leafs of paper, each book has psychedelic artworks on every other page in pencil, felt-tip pen, crayon, ink, chalk, acyrlic paint, pastel and some watercolour, various sizes, the largest 21.5cm x 30.5cm. Peter Green (1946-2020) was a founding member of rock band Fleetwood Mac and the genius behind the hits 'Albatross', 'Black Magic Woman', and 'Man of the World'. He is still widely regarded as one of the greatest guitarists and songwriters of all time, and despite leaving Fleetwood Mac in 1970, Peter’s pioneering talents gained him a following of faithful fans which include fellow legendary guitarists such as Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Kirk Hammett, David Gilmour, and Noel Gallagher.
