Collection of 22 Photographs showing rare views and occurrences, apparently taken by a British soldier in Palestine. The photos document the Haifa East Railway Station after it was heavily damaged by Etzel (Irgun) bombing in 1946; the Haifa oil fire in 1947, apparently part of the Haifa Oil Refinery massacre, in which Arab workers killed Jewish workers, in response to an earlier Etzel attack; train accident, vehicles and ships. Attached to boards, described in English and dated at the bottom. Apparently, part of an album. 1946-1947.
Approximately 6X9 cm. Good overall condition, wear.
