Imperial Russian Antique old Russian Enamel Photo Frame Silver 84 hallmark Old Silver hallmark (84) Hallmark Moscow 19th century Maker's marks of Gustav Klingert (Густав Клингерт) are include the name "GK" in Cyrillic (ГК) Gustav Klingert (1865-1916) Fabergé workmaster Size: 10 cm X 7 cm Weight 125 grams Come with original Faberge BOX in excellent condition - see pictures “ Gustav Klingert - who used to work for Faberge owned a factory of gold & silverware which was founded in 1865 and known until 1916. His factory produced a lot of silver enamel items. He had 200 workers & 45 teenagers, manufacturing items worth 400,000 roubles. He was a participant in the exhibition in Paris (1889) and Chicago (1893) where his works were granted honorurable mentions. He had 4 sons and grandsons who worked together with him, one of the sons from: 1915 to 1917 was a book-keeper of the Moscow branch of the Faberge. Gustav Klingert was a famous representative of German ancestry in Moscow. ”
