Description: An octagonal porcelain tray with raised corners. The cobalt blue decoration shows various floral compositions in a clear, beautiful arrangement, with chrysanthemums, peonies, cherry blossoms and others. The lip shows a diamond pattern border with a blossom in each corner. The rim is browned, as was customary at the time.
Condition: One side shows an old, inconsistent crack, which probably occurred during firing, as the glaze sinks with the crack; there is a minor restoration on the edge – overall good condition.
Provenance: Collection of Jörg Demus, Pianist from Vienna. Dimensions: Size 27.6 x 35.9 cm | Ein achteckiges Porzellantablett mit erhabenen Ecken. Die kobaltblaue Dekoration zeigt verschiedene Blumenkompositionen in einem klaren, schönen Arrangement mit Chrysanthemen, Pfingstrosen, Kirschblüten und anderen. Die Lippe zeigt einen Rand mit Rautenmuster mit einer Blüte in jeder Ecke. Der Rand ist wie damals üblich gebräunt. Zustand: Eine Seite zeigt einen alten, inkonsistenten Riss, der wahrscheinlich während des Brennens aufgetreten ist, als die Glasur mit dem Riss sinkt; Am Rand befindet sich eine kleine Restaurierung - insgesamt guter Zustand.
