Porsche - 912 Conversion 911 S F-Model - 1969

[ translate ]

The vehicle is a daily driver in a rally or ST look. The body is based on a Type 912 and was converted to a Type 911 S. The engine was converted to the type 901/02 (2. 0 with carburettor) and the transmission is a type 915. Contemporary sports seats and Schroth belts were installed in the interior. The engine was completely overhauled in 2019 and has run a maximum of 1000 km since then. The vehicle has a very nice, sporty and boxer-typical sound. The vehicle took part in several vintage car rallies (tourist trips) and proved to be very reliable and suitable for everyday use. The vehicle has a brake system from a 996. A sports suspension is also installed, which, together with the rim combination (7 and 8 inches) , gives the Porsche a great look. These are probably the thickest rims you can drive on a narrow body without widening the fenders.
All conversions are approved or registered so that a TÜV test can be carried out without any problems. The vehicle has always been parked in a garage and appears to be accident-free, although this cannot be guaranteed. If you are looking for an F model that you can not only look at but also move and drive in a species-appropriate manner, you have come to the right place. The vehicle is a real eye-catcher and stands out even when it is stationary - every Porsche fan will get a real grin on their face once the engine is started.
\r
Now for the negative points:
The vehicle has probably already been repainted in the door area, the door has areas where the clear coat is probably flaking off due to previous stickers. The heater in the car is not connected. In general, a lot of the car has been rebuilt and the rear seats have also been removed and beautifully covered with a carpet - it may even look better than the original. The roof lining was also modified; the sun visor was removed and the black Porsche glare strip was added. The Jägermeister sticker on the rear left covers the original recess for the side exhaust as a sports exhaust with central tailpipes is currently installed.
\r
Vehicle is located in Germany. It is recommended to view and inspect the vehicle before bidding to avoid later disagreements and disappointments. Please contact Catawiki to arrange a viewing appointment.
\r
Private sale with exclusion of liability for material defects, no guarantee, exchange or guarantee.
