Pre-Historic Mimbres Earthenware Bowl
Mimbres Valley circa 950-1200 AD. Red painted on white with bright painted geometric designs, a rounded base and the exterior shows remnants of firing clouds. They are aesthetically round on the presentation side, but the outside shows concentric bow drilling to achieve the piercing into the pottery. Nicely restored measures approx. 9" x 5" high
