American, 2nd half 18th century. Tiger maple, mahogany and pine, banded inlays. Top with dovetailed case and four drawers, applied molding at top, and solid ends. Base with four dovetailed overlapping drawers, nicelyshaped apron with turned pendants, and cabriole legs with pad feet. 66"h. 41"w. 23"d. (Old marriage)
Condition Report: Legs are good, age splits on both ends of base, some shrinkage, veneer splits, waist molding replaced with pieced repair right back corner. Front and drawers have been veneered to mask the fact that it’s a marriage.
