Qing Dynasty Blue Underglazed White Porcelain Hexagonal Tea Vase W/Landscape Scenes & Kangxi Reign Mark (From a Vietnamese Royal Family) - This impressive tea vase is of rare hexagonal form and is elaborately decorated in a vivid cobalt blue underglaze with panels of ornately detailed landscape scenes and figures, and in the corners with densely populated floral frames. The neck is decorated with scrolled floral details and the top of the lid with an additional landscape scene. The piece bears the six character Kangxi reign mark in underglazed blue at the top of the piece. This piece comes from the estate of a Vietnamese Royal Family (the family now lives in the United States, and wishes to remain private as they still have relatives living in Vietnam).
