Wonderful and rare later 19th Century Carved Wood Pilot House Eagle from a period Ship or Tug. This is a very impressive well carved Eagle. It was carved from multiple pieces of wood. Metal strapping holds the wings in place. The Eagle has a nice gold leaf finish. A very are and import piece of Americana. Measures 56" Wing Span and 35" Tall
