HALF-QUARTER REPEATER REPOUSSÉ IN SILVER SIGNED DRAKRU WITH CHÂTELAINE, CIRCA 1780
Case: pair-case in silver, decorated with military embossed representation. Inner case engraved and pierced with mascarone and leaf motifs. Three sections silver châtelaine with mythological decorations.
Dial: white enamel, Roman hour numerals with Arabic 5-min markers, minutes track, beetle and poker hands.
Movement: signed "Drakru London", fusee key-winding, pierced and engraved cock, verge escapement. Quarter, half-quarter and hour repeater on bell and "à tact” by pressing the pendant.
