Condition Report:
The sheet is hinged to the mount at each corner verso. The sheet edges have been neatly cut. There is a slight ripple to the sheet, thought to be in keeping with the Artist's materials. There are four areas of adhesive remains at each corner verso, showing faintly recto, associated with previous hinging. There are Artist's pin holes at each upper corner. There are one or two faint scuffs in the black gouache in the lower half (only visible upon extremely close inspection). There is pale light staining. There may be some slight fading to the ink. There may be some very minor time staining to the sheet and possible specks of surface dust in places. This excepting, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.

The work is floated in a window mount and held in a stained wooden box frame behind glass.

Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.

Provenance:
The Richard Demarco Gallery, Edinburgh, where acquired by the present owner
