Rare 1871 Viewforth Golf Club "Challenge" silver medal - Hallmarked Edinburgh - the obverse engraved "Presented by The Office Bearers and Council 1871" and on the reverse engraved with names of all the winners from 1876-1890 - overall 2.5" dia - mf&g c/w list of all the winners - overall 17" x 9 1/8". Note there appears to be no record of Viewforth GC only Viewforth Driving Range Falkirk. From the late David Easby Estate
