Condition Report: very good condition overall, scattered wear and losses to turned elements, minor warping to top (small crack with butterfly repair at back), top with some later nails and associated splits at skirt, some minor cracks to legs and skirts, top appears original (not removed), some perimeter nail holes due to resetting (see photo)
