Rare Meisselbach Free Spool Surf Reel
An early 1 15/16" wide spool 1912-1914 version that according to Meisselbach reel historian Phil White is the second version, with an arrow indicator/dial under the handle that places the reel in free spool mode. Equipped with genuine sapphire jewels, this early example is in VG+ condition, that if desired may grade a bit higher with a clean/light polish.
