Rare arbalète gothique à trait. L'arc est composé d'éléments en corne et recouvert d'un parchemin avec restes de polychromie. L'arbrier est en noyer décoré de corne et de plaques d'os blanchi, tenon en fer traversant pour la fixation du cranequin ou du pied de biche. Longue détente en fer. (Manque la corde et la noix). Bon état. Allemagne ou Suisse, fin XVe siècle L. de l'arc: 62 cm - L. de l'arbrier: 75 cm Rare Gothic crossbow. The bow is made of horn elements and covered with parchment with remains of polychromy. The crossbow rest is made of walnut decorated with horn and bleached bone plates, with a through iron tenon for fixing the cranquin or the crowbar. Long iron trigger (string and nut missing).
