Rolex: A Fine 'Inverted 6 Dial' Steel and Gold Automatic Chronograph Wristwatch, signed Rolex, Oyster Perpetual, Superlatvie Chronometer Officially Certified, model: Cosmograph Daytona, ref: 16523/16500, 1990, (calibre 4030) lever movement signed and numbered 37913, adjusted to five positions and temperature, column wheel chronograph movement, black dial with champagne coloured chapter ring sub dials, sub dials for seconds, 30 minute and 12 hour registers, outer fifth of seconds track, case with protected screw down crown and screw down chronograph buttons, gold tachymeter bezel, screw back stamped inside Montres Rolex S.A Geneva Switzerland and numbered 16500, case serial number E717588, Rolex steel and gold oyster bracelet with a deployant clasp numbered 78.363.18 and date letter code O11 for 1990, end links numbered 403, with Rolex boxes, original guarantee paperwork, card holder and handkerchief 40mm wide

Case and bracelet with surface scratches, case with minor dents in parts visible under an eyeglass, tachymeter bezel with black missing from the numbers, case and bracelet with small dirt marks to the surfaces in parts, crown and chronograph buttons are all screwing down correctly, glass with very minor chips to the outer edges in parts which are only visible under an eyeglass, dial is clean, hand setting correctly, chronograph is working correctly, movement in going order. Bracelet length including the watch case is 20cm approximately. Bracelet clasp has two more adjustment pin holes to make it bigger and will make it 21cm approximately. We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a Condition Report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition. A Condition Report is an honest expression of our opinion, not a statement of fact and is provided as a service to the seller. All lots are available on public view ahead of an auction and we encourage prospective buyers to inspect an item in person where possible.
