Case: The case is in very good condition with some signs of use and handling consistent with age. There are scratches and scuffing to the case and the case back, some visible to the naked eye. Some visible scratches to the back of the lugs. The inner case back is stamped ‘14000’. End links are stamped ‘557 B’ and the bracelet is stamped ‘78350 19’. The folding clasp is stamped ‘78350’ and ‘Z10’. The bracelet and folding clasp are in commensurate condition with some visible scratches throughout.
Dial: The dial is in excellent condition.
Movement: The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however it was not tested for accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
