A mixed group of ceramic fragments comprising: a vessel base stamped with maker's mark; fragment of an oil lamp discus with reclining figure in high-relief, detailing to face, hair and clothes; fragment of a figure modelled standing in the round, wearing lorica segmentata. 66 grams total, 43-62mm (1 3/4 - 2 1/2"). Ex collection of a Surrey, UK, gentleman; acquired on the UK art market; previously on the European art market before 2000. [3]
