18k yellow gold, the bracelet in the form of a coiled snake, the head mounted with rose-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.35 carats in total. inside circumference 8-1/4", total weight 35.6 grams
Condition Report: The bracelet in overall good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use. The bracelet probably dates from the 1st quarter 20th century. The bracelet is a bangle and does not open. It appears to have once been worn as an upper arm bracelet, which was coiled and flexible, in order to stretch on to the upper arm. It has sinced been tacked down in several places, preventing the bracelet from stretching. The end of the tail of the snake, which is under the head, has come loose from the bracelet, but was once permanently tacked down. This does not affect the integrity of the bracelet. The bracelet has an inside circumference of 8-1/4", which is a larger size for a bangle bracelet.
