I personally made the entire work by hand according to the classic Cremonese method with the internal shape. This violin was born in the quarantine, I wanted to enclose this pandemic in this violin describing it as follows: I inserted the thorns around the purfling as a meaning of pain and penance, then I put the rosary because during this quarantine many Christians do the rosary to overcome this pandemic with prayers; I inserted the archangel Michael who defeats the Devil, the evil, which means that after this war between good and evil, good will win and we will resume our normal lives with another way of living; I designed one angel’s wing with the colours of Italy representing all Italians who have not overcome this disease and have become angels.
